Accommodation

Safe, comfortable and affordable on-campus accommodation for Chalimbana University students.

University Accommodation

Chalimbana University offers limited on-campus accommodation to students. Rooms are allocated by the Dean of Students’ Office through an application process, and an official accommodation list is released once applications have been processed.

Please note that space is limited and not all applicants are guaranteed a room. Students who are not allocated university accommodation are encouraged to consider one of the institution-recommended boarding houses listed below.

How to apply for university accommodation

  1. Obtain an accommodation application form from the Dean of Students’ Office.
  2. Complete the form with your personal details and preferred room options.
  3. Submit the form before the advertised deadline.
  4. Wait for the official accommodation list to be released by the Dean of Students’ Office.
  5. If your name appears on the list, follow the payment and check-in instructions provided.

Important: Allocation is not automatic. Apply early and keep checking notices from the Student Affairs office.
