The Chalimbana University Student Handbook is the official guide for all students. Student Code of Conduct

All students must uphold the dignity and reputation of Chalimbana University. The following conduct is expected at all times:

• Maintain academic honesty and integrity in all academic work
• Dress appropriately and in accordance with the university dress code
• Refrain from any form of harassment, bullying, or discrimination
• Take care of university property and report any damage

Every student at Chalimbana University has the right to:

• Appeal examination results through the prescribed process

Disciplinary Procedures

Students found in breach of university rules will be subject to disciplinary proceedings. Offences are categorised as minor or major, with penalties ranging from a verbal warning to expulsion. Students have the right to a fair hearing before any penalty is imposed.
